Project Description
The Library of Birmingham was prime location to enhance the centre stage of Centenary Square on Broad Street. Surrounded by some modern and some authentic buildings they designed and built a building to remember, a building with purpose and need with over one million books, a building that provides a resting and learning ground for all ages and all walks of life.
The library reverbs with space for all and endless supply of modern and old, lighting and architecture that is out of this world and a variety of door sizes tall and small that comes as a challenge for any manufacturer. A Rutland architectural slide arm door closer of well proved engineering was used to bring the building together, ease the door action and blend into the surrounds.
