In this video, we talk about UKCA and CE marking, and how these standards are applied to external fire doorsets like balconette doors. In principle, external fire doorsets should be CE or UKCA marked using the Direct Field of Application (DIAP) in the Classification Report, where there is no Extended Field of Application (EXAP). This makes it possible to CE/UKCA mark composite, timber and steel fire doorsets.
